Steamed Grouper and Grilled Pork Ribs at Atlantis

GRILL PORK RIBS WITH BBQ ASIAN SAUCE

Grilled BBQ Pork Ribs from the charcoal fire will have a special and flavorful aroma and softness of the ribs. The dish is served with chili-lemon sauce, Vietnamese herbs, and pickles.

The Pork ribs are selected from the best ribs. We prepared and marinate them with Hoisin sauce, chili sauce, honey, oyster sauce, lime, garlic, and shallots.

Then we cook the ribs at low temperature for about 6 hours to carefully infuse the spices and make the ribs even more tender. We serve with chili-lemon sauce, a special recipe from our Atlantis Head-Chef.

 

STEAMED GROUPER HONGKONG STYLE

The steamed Grouper Hong Kong Style from our Atlantis Restaurant involves special ingredients to give this dish a rich and enjoyable flavor, with a simple but elegant presentation.

The live-Grouper will be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for cooking. We can use whole grouper fish or fillets in pieces.

Before steaming the fish, we will marinade with Salt, pepper, shallot, spring onion, sliced ginger, a bit of special soya sauce.                       

When the fish is garnished and presented with soy sauce, sliced spring onion, cilantro, red chili, ginger, and all kinds of ingredients that will give a special touch to the fish.

The main aroma comes from the rich sauce in each piece of the fish, while the texture is very soft as well. We serve a red chili-lemon sauce on the side.
