To ensure your comfort and safety while in the Resort, please take note of the following:
A. RESIDENCE REGULATIONS
The number of guests in each room must not exceed the allowable maximum occupancy. Please register all guests upon check-in and kindly present your ID card/passport with a valid entry Visa.
Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability, with applicable surcharge:
Early check-in:
Before 10:00 AM: 100% of the public rate
After 10:00 AM: 50% of the public rate
Late check-out:
Before 18:00 PM: 50% of the public rate
After 18:00 PM: 100% of the public rate
B. FIRE FIGHTING REGULATIONS
For fire safety, all our rooms are strictly non-smoking. For your convenience, smoking is permitted in designated areas around the Resort. A cleaning fee of VND 4,000,000 will be applied per infraction.
In case of fire, press the emergency button immediately and follow the evacuation instructions.
Please be careful when using the stove for warming food to avoid fire and explosions. Use fire protection equipment according to its intended purpose and function.
Use of the kitchen equipment:
Dial “0” for assistance.
A surcharge of VND 500,000 per day will be applied.
Kitchen equipment must be used solely for heating and cooking light meals/food.
Any cooking that creates smoke, emits strong odor or causes a risk (fire and explosion) is strictly prohibited.
Bringing of kitchen equipment from outside is strictly prohibited. A penalty fee of VND 5,000,000 shall be imposed for any violation.
The kettle in the room is strictly for boiling water and not for cooking other liquids or food. A penalty of VND 5,000,000 shall be imposed for any violation.
Activating the fire alarm due to negligent use of equipment in the room causes undue stress to other guests. A penalty fee of VND 5,000,000 shall be imposed for every offense and a fee depends on actual repair cost +25% surcharge on the total of the actual repair cost.
Accidentally or intentionally activating the emergency button triggers the system, especially fire system FM200 when there is no fire incident. A penalty fee of VND 5,000,000 shall be imposed for every offense and a fee depends on actual repair cost +25% surcharge on the total of the actual repair cost.
C. PUBLIC SECURITY REGULATIONS
The Resort is only responsible for money or valuables deposited in the reception safety box.
For any case wristband missing/breakage, a surcharge VND 200,000/wristband will be applied.
Weapons, chemicals, or explosives are strictly not allowed within the Resort and comply with Vietnamese law.
Guests are not permitted to engage in any illegal activity such as gambling, prostitution, drug use, or fighting while staying at the resort. A penalty fee of VND 10,000,000 shall be imposed for every offense and guests must fully comply with Vietnamese law.
Proper decorum is encouraged – priority is given to pregnant women, people with disabilities, and the elderly. Remain respectful towards others guests and refrain from making unnecessary noise. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while in the public areas.
Kindly use the drying rack for hanging wet clothes and towels in your balcony area. A penalty fee of VND 500,000 shall be imposed for every offense.
Pets are not allowed within the Resort.
The use of karaoke equipment is not permitted anywhere in the Resort. A penalty fee of VND 5,000,000 shall be imposed for every offense. To ensure a quiet space for all guests, please keep room doors closed at all times, and keep your voice, the television, and music… at a minimum in the room and corridors. Any noise reported after 22:00 shall be imposed a VND 5,000,000 fee.
Guests must strictly adhere to Resort parking regulations and follow safety regulations when using the buggy and/or driving private vehicles within the Resort.
Kindly observe the operating time, as well as regulations when using the swimming pool, the beach area and water park facilities (operating times may change depending on the weather and/or the season) resort will not take responsibility for any risks or dangers that may occur after operating times when there is no lifeguard on duty, children must be supervised by their parents or a responsible adult while bathing or playing in the pool area.
In keeping with our stringent food safety policy, outside food is not permitted to be brought into and consumed at the Resort. Otherwise, a service fee of VND 1,500,000 will be charged, and the guest must sign a disclaimer form. If there are any odors or stains on the furniture or linens, a cleaning fee of VND 5,000,000 will be imposed.
BBQ grills for private use are not allowed anywhere in the Resort (in-room and any public area). A penalty of VND 1,000,000 will be applied for any violation.
Guests are kindly reminded that conducting any business activities, such as distributing flyers, or spreading information at the Resort is strictly prohibited. Those found in violation of this policy will be subject to a penalty of a penalty fee of VND 10,000,000 shall be imposed for every offense. It is important to note that any such actions may also result in legal consequences under Vietnamese law, for which guests will be solely responsible. In addition, any complaints filed by other guests at the resort as a result of said activities will also need to be compensated accordingly.
Please keep the room in an orderly condition, waste must be disposed of in the provided dustbin. If the cleaning takes longer than necessary to return the room to a 5-star standard, an additional cleaning fee of VND 1,000,000 to VND 5,000,000 will be charged upon check-out.
Repairs due to the improper use and willful destruction of any Resort property will be chargeable to guest, as follows: cost of repair plus a 25% surcharge.
For any situation that is not covered by the aforementioned guidelines and impacts other guests, general operation of the resort a penalty fee of VND 5,000,000 – VND 10,000,000 will be enforced for each instance. Furthermore, guests are required to bear full liability for any such mistake while complying with Vietnamese law and reimbursing other guests at the resort for any grievances, if necessary.
Management reserves the right to compel guests who intentionally ignore and violate the Resort rules and regulations to leave the property. No refunds will be extended.
Above regulations may be changed by Resort Management from time to time, as it deems appropriate.
